Growing up I watched as my father Gray Sr. worked to create and build many of the Valley’s heritage developments including Paradise Valley Country Club, Moon Valley Country Club, Arizona Country Club, Mountain Shadows Golf Course and Arizonas’ high countrys’; White Mountain Country Club, Pinetop and Pinetop Lakes Country Clubs. It was at a young age that I experienced the hands on creative spirit that seized the vision and has the ability to bring it fruition. Skills and hard work that can’t be taught in school.

I started my career on the commercial side of building before realizing I was meant for the more personal aspect of home building. There is nothing like sharing the journey of bringing my clients dreams to reality. Building homes for over 25 years. I now have completed almost 400 homes.

Proud to be a Sun Devil, I graduated from Arizona State University in 1973. I have enjoyed giving back to the community as a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds for many years. It was my honor to work as Big Chief in 1992 chairing the Phoenix Open golf tournament and now am a life member. I especially loved the many years as a volunteer coach to children from Boys and Girls Club sports to high school teams and competitive teams traveling all over the United States. With five grandchildren my wife of 38 years and I look forward to next chapter of our lives.
